that is the type of raincoat i am looking for however it is hard to run into one that is in good condition. i have a rubber raincoat with metal clasps but it appears to be dried out.

Hi rainwearseeker! I imagine such a raincoat would be hard to find these days - the US is probably the only place you would find one. There's always good old Ebay....
