Help identify where to buy these Chinese-made wellies

While doing an internet search for wellies, I came across this Chinese supplier of what they claim to be mens style rubber boots with a polish-able surface. The link is here:

While I am not a store owner and have no need for the minimum number of items in order to make an order, I do wonder if anyone on this forum knows if some store somewhere is selling these and under what brand name.

Has anyone seen these? Where are they sold? Are they too new an item to be out there?

I wouldnt even guarantee that the items look that much like the picture. These sites seem to use generic pictures rather than an actual item.
