Yes, the original spirit of Alexander was to bring a classic traditional raincoat in the style of the 1960s fishermen's coats like that one of his grandfather. Reality now: Overpriced rubbish garbage under the label of being "fashion", losing its original spirit at all.
I hope they realize the wrong way and go back to their strengths in time before it's too late and they go bankrupt.

We all should email them and show our interests in their long opal Mosebacke/Stockholm coats and such. I already have emailed them about it

I did several times mention they should bring more long Stockholm opal coats up to XXL and bring new colours like burgundy.

Yesterday I saw on Instagram Alexander Stutterheim posted a longer text about the current Stutterheim product policy. It's in Swedish, the translation did only work for the last passage but it's clear what he tells us. He was quiet for a long time but now the fall of Stutterheim is so dramatic he couldn't keep quiet anymore.

Some may think it's ugly, but others may say it's practical, it keeps you dry in the rain. I wouldn't buy it simply because of the price tag over £300

Might be bc they sell much less of their rubbish new stuff than expected and now they want to vitalize their business with sales of their few remaining good products... :ugeek:

i sent this email to stutterheim

"i think you need to seriously concider the popularity of yuor long shiny mosebacke opal raincoats.

for example look at farmerrain latest instagram posts of their new coats
they got a very positiv response of their shiny raincoats

there is a lot of people requesting the mosebacke/long mosebacke in opal
same with the stockholm/ long stockholm

I really hope you concider this fact"

and i got this response

"hanks for reaching out. We are actually planning to launch some Opal products this May. We don't know at this point what exactly products we will have but stay tuned and you will find out. "

i think its wierd they themself dont know what they will do yet when release is in two months from now.
but we all really need to keep showing our interest in these opal long mosebacke/long stockholm raincoats to them
can be comments on their facebook/instagram or email them and so on.

we have the power to affect them

At least they don't forget their opal products... so we have to wait and see what they offer us. I really hope the long coats come back.
