BBC IPlayer - series 1 episode 1 - Pam Hogg at 52’ 20s - wearing a red all in one shiny suit. I think it is nylon but could be leather or PVC. Love the style.

Show has glimpses of lots of rainwear and shiny clothing throughout, but very fleeting - the part about Pam is the only bit I could see that lasted any reasonable length of time.
