i am interested in hearing people’s honest opinions about this type of nylon jacket.
having been in production for over 60 years with virtually no change in it’s core design. it blows my mind that hardly anyone ever talks about them in terms of fetish gear. and i am curious as to why.

it is water resistant, technically speaking. it has a PU coating on the inside, shinier than the outside. but both sides are very shiny in the sunlight

Yes maidjenny, they are very rustly. They have a great swishy sound to them. Especially when new

These were very common in the 70s 80s and 90s. Often used as part of uniforms and team sports and still used that way today although less often. Tech fabrics are replacing everything. Typically you can find them through wholesalers more so than retailers. But they can be found year around if you know where to look and they are one of the few nylon jackets that come in larger sizes. Usually up to 7x in American sizes. The largest I own is a 10xl.
