I rejoined Fetlife in February and didn’t have to provide a face pic at the “join website” stage. I think they prefer people to verify their profile which would require a photo. This however would only be seen by admin and would not appear on your profile. As far as I know verification is not mandatory. There’s plenty on there who haven’t bothered

After the end of july - you will have to add a photo to be able to stay on fetlife due to new government legislation.....most adult sites are also going down the same route......again all the do goody bastards have spoilt your average joe`s little bit of escapism
I ve actually submitted photos to two accounts I have on fetlife and both times theyve got back to me saying the pic I submitted is not good enough as they want to link it to a facial photo on your profile....I don`t gave a facial pic on it for obvious reasons
so I might not follow it up and leave when they close most accounts on there
