These were popular in the 80s and 90s weren't they? Seen a few on ebay and even one that was for sale in the United States on ebay. The price for the red one was 75 quid, there fetching a good price nowadays.

Apparently it's Stella Grundy at a theatre in 2008 in Salford playing the role of a 60s model called nico, can't seem to find a clip anywhere.

No luck I'm afraid but I did find out that it was a play ('Nico - The Icon') about Christa Päffgen - stage name 'Nico'. She was a German singer, songwriter, actress and model. It premièred at Studio Salford on 5 September 2007. Video clips from theatres are hard to come by unfortunately.
