Needless to say it’s wonderful! Been sleeping in my room on just the plastic sheets, would love some plastic pants to wear with it, sadly being a work trip and shared house I couldn’t risk it :(
Used to happen occasionally when I had to stay away overnight years ago but I think modern hospitality grading effectively outlawed simple plastic sheet mattress covers some time ago. Some were fitted, others had tie-tapes but they were all very practical if overnight guests were children, heavy drinkers or jut very fond of each other.
Surprised and delighted to see on "Four in a Bed" an aparthotel in Boston (Lincs) where the proprietors (two lovely young blonde women) still put plastic mattress covers on the beds. As one observed, "You gotta protect your mattresses!"

Even more delighted to see that they won the competition.

I once stayed in a hotel on business unaware of the superbly soft, see through, plastic sheet on the mattress. I woke late and spotted the sheet poking out only as I packed my suitcase on the end of the bed. There was no time to become acquainted with its delicious smooth silky surface as I was in such a rush. A few months later I returned to the area on business again and went out of my way to book in to the same hotel, but to my great disappointment the mattress cover was not at all plastic. Ever since that first day I have always checked the whole room for anything soft and shiny when staying away but never have found anything.

Don't you just hate it when that happens! I once had to stay in a mid-range hotel in Coventry for work and found I had been given a room with twin beds. My usual quick check revealed that a tie-taped full length plastic sheet had been left in situ on one of them, presumably inadvertently after a child had stayed. One fewer decision to make.

I recently stayed at a hotel in France. When I got into the bed I instantly noticed a clear rustling noise underneath accompanied by the haptics indicating that there must be "something" underneath the lower bedsheet.
I had to check immediately and there was a nice mattress protector underneath made from plastic coated fabric. I didn't dare to ask the hotel staff where it was purchased. But the material would have been great for sewing p-panties.

Today I did a delightful rustling shopping again.
I was again wearing the rustliest p-panty in my collection which is made from a nice rainwear like material (nylon with a white outer PU coating). They lose their rustling a bit after some minutes due to the fabric getting slightly damp and warm. But there is still enough noise left.

In order to preserve as much of the rustling as possible I wore some loose women's jeans made from soft and light denim because if they are too tight they restrict the noise too much. These are the the jeans I used:

(I guess I will get them in black as well)

Even with these measures almost no one takes notice of the faint noise.
I guess I will have to get some pure PU panties to get more noticeable rustling in public.
