Oh wow, great thanks for that, brough back memories my wife had the matt blue rukka as in scan 12 for a few years, a friend of her had a shiny green one and several people we knew had the shorter versions, at the time in Scotland were a chain of shops called Robertson's Rainwear and they stocked these macs

Thanks plasphil, it's great to see glimps of the good old times. It's really a pity that Rukka has skipped all those traditional models and materials and focused on hitec garments&materials only. Well, some PU gear is left but nothing of those glossy things.

Nice pics. I was at a Car Boot Sale in Scotland this weekend and there were two Rukka macs in great condition. I should have bought them but I have way too many macs already! One was light blue matt and the other mid green and lined. I commented that they were probably about over twenty years old and the women selling them didn't believe me! They were only £4 each but it's a while since I had seen good examples. They were very popular in Scotland in the 1980s and 1990s.

Regards
