That looks like Hoda Kotb in the blue raincoat. She also has that same coat in white and in yellow, there are clips on youtube of her wearing both of those coats. There are also clips of Dylan Dreyer, Natalie Morales and Savannah Guthrie, gorgeous women one and all, wearing various raincoats and wellies during the outdoor portion of the show. Savannah Guthrie in particular must have 5 or 6 different pairs of Hunter wellies, and she looks sexy as hell in all of them!

Yes, I think you are right there - pretty sure it's Hoda Kotb in the blue mac. Cheers!
Cheers back at you, sir. I love those shiny Jane Post raincoats, and it's hard to say which one of those beauties looks the sexiest when wearing one. I do think Dylan is adorable AF in the yellow coat with her little yellow Tretorn wellies. I also loved a couple of years ago when she was at the Kentucky Derby & wore the yellow raincoat & wellies, but still kept with Derby tradition & wore a fancy hat like all the ladies are supposed to.

Thanks for the update info Bill - appreciate that! I didn't know they were Jane Post raincoats - they're really nice though!
