If I use Google to search for Rainwear Central there is always lots of adverts for SHEIN and the raincoats it sells, mostly PU
The prices are always "good" but no idea about quality.

Has anyone on here ever bought anything from them and if so what is the quality like ( I understand they are a Chinese Company)

In answer to your question yes I have purchaced 3-4 items from Shein.
No real problems seen as yet they arrive between 8-20 days after ordering.
Yes most items seem to come from China.
Quality seems ok and the sizes seem real not Asian sizes I.E 2 sizes to small
If you pay with Paypal you are covered for free returns or if the item does not arrive.

Are they shiny inside or do they have a lining?

Perhaps I have not located the proper items, but while the rainwear I saw there did not interest me, however the wide selection of all sizes and many styles of faux leather leggings and some wet look faux pvc ones were good too. I don’t know how they are in quality but they look nice in the online catalog.
