'La Chatte' (French film from 1958). Françoise Arnoul wearing a shiny PVC/rubber mac - most probably a black one. A clip from this film was put up on here about three years ago but it was only just over one minute in length. There are actually two long mac scenes in the film - one over three minutes in length and the other of just over eleven. Enjoy!

Superb mac scenes! Looks like a classic SBR (?) mac with belt AND with hood (though she doesn't wear it).

Did a little bit of further investigation and found out that she stars in "des gens sans importance" (German: Der Weg ins Verderben) with a semi-transparent raincoat. I think there are clips on the vinylrain site, I saved two many years ago. Found some pics of her in both macs:
