'Polka Dot Beauty' - Rachel wears a white semi-transparent plastic mac with white polka dots. This one is from Elements Rainwear again and was released on the same day as the one featuring Leela. :) Very nice!

Rachel is stunning in her polka dot mac. It’s a pity she doesn’t wear a matching rain-bonnet.

I had one just like that back in the 70s and also one with black spots, it was really creaky.
