The way it wrinkles with every movement I guess it must be made from a deliciously rustly rubber or plastic material.
Some of the dresses that follow seem to be partly made from a similar material.

I must admit, the mack looked wonderful. however YSL never seem to a man version, or even a unisex design. I would imagine the cost will be more expensive that getting a latex mack made to measure.

Looks like latex to me. Not my cup of tea for style or material - too over styled, I prefer a traditional trench or basic plastic mac.
