Facebook, fetish friendly?
Facebook, fetish friendly?
Does anyone on the forum know of any rainwear / eubber boot fetish pages on Facebook? With this particular social network site being so heavily integrated into today's society I find it somewhat odd that there isn't at least a trace of something remotely rainwear fetishy on there, granted I haven't exactly hunted all over the site for such a page or group, are there any? My suspicion is that the social overlords wouldn't allow such a thing on there as it doesn't conform to the squeeky clean living image everyone is trying to brainwash us with these days.

Hmmm, I'm well I'm not sure. I know there certainly are FB groups for folk into Inflatables and for Looners ect.
I'm on FB myself, but I certainly wouldn't want to mix my personal life with my fetish life on such a public platform. I've one issue though, My employer regularly checks up on it's staff who are on or use social networking sites, hence my (possibly totaly unfounded) concerns.

FB is not fetish friendly. A lot of fetish oriented profiles have been deleted.
Here are the only few sites that have something to do with rainwear and which still exist:
Cirologie Adelin Aurel
http://www.facebook.com/#!/SlickersWaxed
some profiles like
http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php? ... 2141062749
http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php? ... 1549714008
then you move to their friends and so on...

There are no rainwear groups as such on fb: they've all been deleted some time or another
Forming a private group and restricting membership to like minded individuals might work though

There is quite a bit of activity on face book, one group is PVC and Plastic Mac Lovers, there are several others and hundreds of members, I suggest to join face book and search under raincoat and look for like minded friends, my Facebook name is Red Slicker, For those concerned about privacy, your posts can be restricited to friends only. I personaly find facebook quite effective. another good platform is flicker. Hope this post is of some help
