Yes it is possible...I went on PVC u Like site recently and found they had a sale

Two PVC hooded macs...£5.00 each...think it was one of their clearance sales

I also like nylon macs...got a gorgeous red one....Label was Dannimac...£4.00

There are bargains out there...it isa just finding them
