Well done, smeone should have pulled the plug on the thread of slagging off TV presenters. The thing about your trip was that you must have seen thousands of people during the day but only a handful wearing some kind of decent rainwear, sadly a sign of the times.

Last weekend it seemed to be the flimsy ponchos that won the day!
Though there were a few nylon macs but not that many.
Even on the royal barge a lady had a pvc poncho on behind the queen!

If the ladies only appreciated they could wear a clear pvc mac & still show off their fine clothes under it !!
Broad minded enough to acknowledge we all enjoy different things:)

Yes there are some nice transparent macs!
Not just the 79 pence ones from Morrisions or the £1 ponchos from ASDA (Walmarts in America)

Hi,

I'm one of the anal people involved with the discussion on the original post about the jubilee sightings and it annoys me that comments like:

"This is a re-post from the other topic which every man and his dog seemed to be getting anal about TV presenters! I'm keeping to the script!!"

"Well done, smeone should have pulled the plug on the thread of slagging off TV presenters"

If you don't like the discussion don't read it!

There were 14-15 people involved with this thread and 31 posts with all of us chatting about the Jubilee and what we saw.

I have been on many forums to do with rainwear and most seem to fade away when people start moaning about the fact that every sentence hasn't got the subject topic in it.

Most of the posts were to do with rainwear and what was seen, even some pictures.

But let's not start jumping up and down screaming "they have gone anal and are not sticking to the script".

Sorry thought this was a forum where people were meant to discuss things?

As for you comment Phil, again if you don't like it, don't read it.

Now have a nice wet day!

Regards
S
