Not if you can be bothered to go thru their processes but these are designed to make you think twice about doing it

Maybe the Moderators would allow a name and shame list to be published here to protect the community from these people

Yes the fact that sellers can't leave negative feedback about bidders is a pain now.

Yep, dont even get me started on that one, I was told this last night

Victor Lawrence (ebay person)
You can also block buyers based on their user ID by creating a blocked list.

How on earth do i know who to block BEFORE the've bid or become a non payer

Victor Lawrence (ebay person) You could always cancel their bid

Bid: 16-Jul-13 20:46:31 BST

Ended: 16 Jul, 2013 20:46:36 BST

So in the FIVE SECONDS available to research the bidder and cancel the bid i was obviously too slow, thats of course because i sit watching ebay constantly waiting for bids

Grrrrr

oh dont get me started on this one Ray. The whole ebay thing is a complete pain and by the time they ahve taken all the bloody fees its hardly worth the bother anyway.

Pay to list the item
Pay when the iten is sold
get payment from paypal, oh we will have our cut too.

the winner is ebay

oh and on the point of posting names of nonpayers, I did actually do that a while back as I was so annoyed with the fact that it had not only happened to me but several others. The person had made a habit of bidding and not paying but of course with the feedback system he had not got any bad feeback, was only when you dug deeper to the positive feedback warning he/she didnt actually ever pay that the truth was out. Kinda late by then. Anyway is it feasible to spend your time checking out bidders feedback? Oh and didnt get in any trouble for it (unlike one or two other comments I made). Presumably if it is a fact then its ok? Somebody tell me if I am wrong here please?
