Target Plastic Rain Jackets by Request!

Member Fender is always active with comments and helps to make Rainwear Central alive.
The other day I had a request from him about making an update again with the Target rain jackets.
I might do one in two weeks time, but here's a few shots for you Fender while waiting. Well for all
