Rather than trolling around the shops, Ive found that websites like ebay and vinted are a really good place to shop for second hand raincoats. Ebay not so much now, it is rather cluttered up with new chinese mass produced stuff, but VINTED, if you put in say ' shiny hooded raincoat ' it instantly bings up with maybe 20 or 30 items of what you are asking for. Ive bought loads off there, and the payment and postage system works perfectly without any outrageous commissions to pay! Try it! (No I do not have any connections to vinted!!!)
